Here is some important information you should know about our tours. Please read this information carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Please make your reservations as soon as the tour is advertised, or at least 30 days before the tour is scheduled to depart. You should make your reservation by phone to ensure that you will have a space on the tour. If you mail your reservation, you may risk not getting your reservation in on time.
Our tour prices are based on having 30 or more passengers. On rare occasions, we may not have the required number of passengers signed up for the tour. In this case, we must cancel the tour. So, sign up for the tours you wish to take as soon as possible!
Reservations for group tours must be made through the group leader or organization.
Deposits are required on all tours over $100 and are due in our office no later than seven (7) days after you make your reservation. Most tours require a minimum deposit of $50 per person. Cruises require a minimum deposit of $250 per person. If deposits are not received within seven (7) days, reservations may be cancelled without notice.
Deposits for group tours must be made through the group leader or organization.
Final payments for motorcoach tours are due in our office no later than thirty-five (35) days before the date of departure. Reservations made less than thirty-five (35) days before the date of departure require full payment to be made at the time of booking.

Form of Payments
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, and money orders. Please DO NOT send cash through the mail. Cash will be accepted in our office.
If an individual reservation is cancelled within 30-60 days before the date of departure (depending on type of tour), any non-recoverable funds paid out by Fun Tours on behalf of the customer (i.e. rooms, show tickets, etc) will be lost. If an individual reservation is cancelled within 7 days before the date of departure, any refund due will be in the form of credit toward future travel (no refund check will be issued). If Fun Tours decides to cancel a tour, a full refund will be issued.
There are two standard pickups on all retail tours sponsored by Fun Tours. The pickup locations for our retail tours are:

Tour pickups for group tours are selected by the group leader and are subject to change. The group leader must obtain permission from the pickup location owner prior to pickup.
On occasion, smaller groups may be combined with retail tours. In these instances, Fun Tours does not advertise the group pickup to retail customers. The standard pickups for retail customers are listed above. Any retail customer wishing to pickup at a group pickup point must contact the group leader.
Fun Tours is not responsible for vehicles or personal articles left at pickup points.
Senior Discount Program
All customers of age 50 or older will receive our Senior Discount on all retail tours. Passengers must be over the age of 50 to qualify for the Senior Discount Program. All prices for retail tours include the Senior Discount unless otherwise noted. The Senior Discount Program does not always apply to group tours and is solely at the discretion of the group leader.
Seats are assigned on a first-come first-served basis. It is best to make reservations early to assure a seat closer to the front of the motorcoach. Fun Tours does not rotate seats during our retail tours.
State law prohibits passengers from smoking while onboard the motorcoach. Appropriate rest stops will be made during the tour for the convenience of all passengers.
Gratuities and Tips
Gratuities and tips for all meals provided by Fun Tours are included in the cost of the tour. Gratuities for the driver, escort, and guides are customary, but are not included in the cost of the tour and are at the discretion of the passengers. Gratuities for baggage handling is included in the cost of the tour where indicated on the tour itinerary. Gratuities for meals that are not part of the tour are not included.
Fun Tours is not in a position to secure roommates for passengers who travel alone. However, we do offer single occupancy room rates on all of our overnight tours to accommodate passengers who wish to travel alone.
Final Tour Information
For overnight tours, we mail luggage tags and final tour information approximately 20 days before the departure date.
No information is mailed for our one-day tours. The tour itinerary will serve as the final tour information. All passengers will be notified by mail when there is a change in the tour itinerary.
Luggage handling is included for all overnight tours and is usually limited to 1 bag per person. Passengers may take carry-on bags on the coach, but are the responsibility of the passenger. Gratuities for luggage handling are included in the cost of the tour.
Each of our tours is fully escorted by a professional Fun Tours tour director who will make sure your tour is enjoyable. Our tour directors will handle all of the details of your tour and will ensure that you have an enjoyable experience with Fun Tours.
Our tours include everything mentioned on the tour itinerary. Tours do not include meals not included on the itinerary, phone calls incurred during the tour, gratuities (except as indicated above), or any other personal or medical expenses incurred during the tour. Most tours feature games, prizes, and refreshments at no additional cost.
